This is the nascent ACCCURATE Voting Systems Contract Portal. This site is in its developing stages and will evolve to add an interface, a submission tool and other features.
Contracts are in PDF documents with OCR'd text embedded in each file. The files are organized by State and then by jurisdiction. The quality of the OCR is limited by the copies I receive; so, if you have a better copy, please send it to me and I will scan it in and return it.
The spreadsheet contracts.xls (MS Excel Format) or contracts.ods
(Open Document Spreadsheet Format) lists pertinent data about each
contract in the archive.
On 12-May-2008, I started keeping pieces of the archive under SVN version control, so the versioning numbers went from my ad-hoc versioning (ending at 13) to a new versioning (starting at 7). Only the contracts, README and spreadsheets are kept under version control.
If you have a contract to contribute that is not currently in the archive or if you have a more readable version of an existing contract, please contact Joseph Lorenzo Hall (joehall@gmail.com). We will add or update the archive accordingly.
